About The Event
Join FIT4MOM Howard County and Premier Health Express for a 1Mile Family Fun Run/Walk as we come together to celebrate 'Health, Fitness and family Fun" in our community.
FIT4MOM Howard County will lead a pre-race warm up and then, after the run/walk, we invite you to stay and visit our vendors, dance to the awesome music selection of DJ Jaamal, snap a picture with Mrs. Maryland, play games with the Police officers of the Athletic Program of Howard County, learn pro-basketball techniques with Brian Sterling and meet an former NBA player, get the chance to win many of our giveaways and learn about what FIT4MOM Howard County and Premier Health Express offer in our local community.Â
Swag bags will be available to the first 150 families that register for the Fun Run/Walk.Â
This event is FREE and open to the public.
